BURNISHED was born from a simple observation: most walls in European homes say little about the people who live there. Anonymous prints, mass-produced canvases, decorations bought to fill an empty space without much thought. Things you stop noticing after six months. Things you throw out at the next move.
We chose metal because metal doesn't fade, doesn't bend, doesn't age badly. A laser-cut aluminium panel keeps its shape and presence for decades — with the same sharpness as day one. It's not a compromise between price and quality. It's a choice of material.
Every design in our collection is studied to dialogue with real spaces: light walls, natural light, European living rooms. We don't make catalogue objects. We make pieces meant to be lived with.
Three principles we don't negotiate.
Material
We work exclusively with 2mm aluminium and 3mm Dibond, made in Europe. No canvas. No paper. No foam. Real metal — the kind that withstands years, light, humidity and the next move.
Process
Every panel starts with laser cutting precise to a tenth of a millimetre. It's not a print on metal. It's a drawing cut into the material itself — clean profiles, details that hold up close and from across the room.
Permanence
We don't design for the season. Every piece is built to stay beautiful in five, ten, twenty years. No trend to date it. No colour to fade.

Every BURNISHED panel is produced with aluminium and Dibond sourced in Europe, worked with state-of-the-art laser cutting equipment. The supply chain is short and controlled — we know every link in it.
No offshore production. No compromise on the base material to shave two euro off the price. The cost you see reflects the piece you receive.
