We want you to be happy with your BURNISHED piece. If you are not satisfied, you can return it within 30 days of receipt.
Our return policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. The item must be unused, in its original condition and in the original packaging.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
How to return
- Contact us at burnishedmetalwallart@gmail.com within 30 days of receipt with your order number and reason for return.
- We will confirm your return request and provide the return address and instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and mounting hardware.
- Ship the package using a tracked delivery service and share the tracking number with us.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.
Return conditions
- The item must be returned in its original, unused condition.
- Original packaging and all included accessories must be included.
- Custom or personalised orders cannot be returned unless defective.
- Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse are not eligible for return.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
