We ship every BURNISHED piece with care. Europe is our priority, and we also deliver worldwide.

Europe — our priority

We offer free standard shipping to all EU countries and the UK on every order. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered in 5–7 working days.

Once your order leaves our workshop, you will receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your package until it reaches your door.

All shipments are insured against damage or loss during transit. If anything arrives damaged, we will replace it at no extra cost.

Worldwide delivery

Outside Europe? We also ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination, typically between 7 and 21 working days.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

If you are unsure whether we ship to your country, send us a message and we will confirm availability and estimated delivery time.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order is dispatched, we send a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to the courier's tracking page.

If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Important

Delivery times are estimates and begin once the order has been dispatched, not from the moment it is placed. Remote areas and peak seasons may add extra transit time.
