We make every effort to display products and colours accurately. Minor variations may occur due to screen settings or the handcrafted nature of the pieces. All dimensions and weights are approximate.

Prices are shown in Euros and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to cancel orders for unavailable items.

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Stripe, Scalapay and other methods shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

We ship to the address provided at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and begin once the order is dispatched. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. See our Shipping page for full details.

You may return unused items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect. See our Returns page for the full process.

All designs, images, text and branding on this site are owned by BURNISHED and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute or use them without permission.

BURNISHED is liable for direct damage caused by our negligence up to the value of the product purchased. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or unforeseeable losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and, where applicable, the laws of Italy. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of the seller's jurisdiction.
